Release the new NASA Spacebook as opensource

Work with NASA to release the new NASA Spacebook as opensource. I was the designer of the new Spacebook, which is built on Liferay opensource portal software. This would enable all Agencies (Fed, State and Local) to leverage the source code to build similar intranets, or to modify the code for public/external access for a true "Facebook"-like experience, a la OpenGov.
